Important Message about COVID-19

On behalf of our entire staff here at Arkansas Pediatric Dentistry, in light of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) we wanted to ensure you that in these times of uncertainty, the safety of our patients and staff remains our highest priority. Please know that we are keeping those affected by the Coronavirus in our thoughts and we will continue to monitor the situation. We wanted to reach out and provide an update in our office protocols to protect our staff and patients and ensure you that we are being proactive in our efforts.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

-Cough
-Fever
-Sneezing
-Sore throat
-Runny nose
-Difficulty breathing
-Or any other flu/cold like symptoms
-If you have traveled outside the country in the past 14 days or have been exposed to a person with coronavirus infection

We ask that you please call our office to reschedule your appointment.

For everyone’s safety we are implementing the following procedures:

-Ramping up our disinfection protocols to include cleaning counter surfaces and door handles more frequently
-We ask that while in the office that you cover a sneeze or cough to prevent possible airborne spread of virus particles. 
-Also, only patients and 1 parent of said patient is to be allowed in the waiting room.  No siblings, or more than 1 parent allowed.  

 
We will continue to monitor the situation as if is ever fluid and changing. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation to help keep our patients and staff safe.
